Upon arrival, take a moment to refresh before setting out on an afternoon sunset game drive in the Greater Kruger’s Blue Canyon Reserve, exploring the wilderness from an open safari vehicle. Spot Africa’s iconic Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo—alongside other remarkable wildlife such as giraffe, zebra, and hippo. As the sun dips below the savannah, enjoy sundowners in the bush before returning to the lodge for a sumptuous dinner and fireside storytelling beneath a starlit African sky.

Day 2

9 Hour Kruger National Park Guided Safari Drive

Following an early wake-up call, there will be time for tea or coffee and rusks before departing for a full day open vehicle safari drive from approximately 06:00 to 15:30. Brunch is included along your route, and your guide will also stop for you to purchase refreshments further during the day. Spend approximately 7 to 8 hours on a safari in Kruger, exploring the Orpen-Satara area for a heightened chance of encountering lions. Return to the Lodge, where you can unwind before a starlit dinner by the fire. Dinner is served under the stars (subject to availability) at the Private Lodge on the outskirts of the National Park.

Day 3

Morning Bush Walks and return to Cape Town (Fly Out)

Embark on a 1.5-hour guided bushwalk through the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate, where you’ll explore the area’s diverse flora, fauna, and animal tracks while observing plains game up close with expert guidance.
