MalaMala Camp is an unfenced oasis in the middle of the bush. The camp became legendary with rare photographs, old maps and extraordinary mementos rubbing shoulders with the work of renowned contemporary wildlife artists. Camp facilities include a lounge area, an elegant, air-conditioned African themed dining room, the iconic “Buffalo Bar” with photographs portraying the early days of MalaMala, a large wooden safari deck under a Jackalberry tree and a large filtered infinity pool overlooking the Sand River.

Overview
Evening meals are served in a traditional reed “boma” around the fire and a small fitness facility and massage service, an air-conditioned library with satellite television and DVD player and a safari boutique with quality clothing, jewellery and artefacts completes the picture. Accommodation is provided in 5 luxury river-view suites, 4 luxury river-view rooms, 5 luxury waterhole suites and 1 river-view single room, 2 luxury interleading river view rooms, 2 luxury interleading waterhole view rooms. Mobile phone coverage (MTN) and complimentary wireless internet connectivity are available.
