Located in Kapama Private Game Reserve, guests can explore 13,000 hectares of pristine bushveld within the Greater Kruger National Park. This modern eco-camp radiates vintage safari luxury, with each en-suite deluxe safari tent being air-conditioned and fully equipped for comfort and convenience. Elevated on stilts with wooden decks, the tents are constructed from natural stone and wood, featuring contemporary décor accents in burnt red and gold. Luxury amenities include a Nespresso machine, mini-bar, and heated under-blankets for cooler evenings.

Day 1

Johannesburg - Kapama Private Game Reserve (Fly In)

Departing from the Johannesburg OR Tambo at mid-day on a 50min flight to the Hoedspruit Airport. The flight route to the Kruger National Park in the Mpumalanga Province takes you over the wide-open spaces of the Highveld, down the escarpment and through the scenic Lowveld region. Arrive at Hoedspruit Airport, were you meet your safari guide and enjoy a 20min road transfer to the Kapama Buffalo Camp. Check in for a light lunch. Freshen up and relax before it’s time to depart on a late-afternoon game drive in Kapama Private Game Reserve. Overnight at Kapama Buffalo Camp. Guests dine in the lodge restaurant or outdoors on the wooden deck.

Day 2 and 3

Morning and Afternoon Safari Drives

Wake up early (5h30-6h00) for hot beverages and rusks before departing for a 3-hour sunrise game drive in Kapama Private Game Reserve. Return to your lodge for a late breakfast and spend the rest of the day relaxing at the pool or treating yourself to a spa session. Depart late afternoon after High Tea for a 3-hour sunset game drive in the private reserve, with a pitstop for sundowners in the bush. Overnight at Kapama Buffalo Camp. Guests dine in the lodge restaurant or at the outdoor boma.

Day 4

Morning Safari Drive - Return to Johannesburg (Fly Out)

Head out as the sun is rising to enjoy your last game drive in Kapama Private Game Reserve. Return to your lodge for breakfast and be ready to depart the Lodge mid-morning for the return flight to the Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport .
