Kapama Southern Camp is a family-friendly Big Five safari destination situated in the Greater Kruger National Park, within the Kapama Private Game Reserve. Our fly-in package includes round-trip flights from Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport to Hoedspruit Airport, conveniently located just a 30-minute drive from the camp.
The reserve covers approximately 13,000 hectares, featuring lush savanna grasslands and riverine forests, with two perennial rivers flowing through the landscape. This abundance of water attracts a diverse range of game and birdlife. Southern Camp is the newest addition to Kapama Private Game Reserve, designed with families in mind. It boasts 15 luxury en-suite suites and 10 newly built villas, including 3 spacious family villas. Each suite and villa is air-conditioned and elegantly decorated in a contemporary fusion of African-safari chic style.
An upgrade to a villa with a swimming pool is available at an additional cost.
