Embark on an unforgettable fly-in safari adventure, departing on a 50min midday from Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport and arriving at Hoedspruit Airport, where you’ll be collected and transferred to Ivory Moon Lodge. Upon arrival, take a moment to refresh before setting out on an afternoon sunset game drive in the Greater Kruger’s Blue Canyon Reserve, exploring the wilderness from an open safari vehicle. Spot Africa’s iconic Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo—alongside other remarkable wildlife such as giraffe, zebra, and hippo. As the sun dips below the savannah, enjoy sundowners in the bush before returning to the lodge for a sumptuous dinner and fireside storytelling beneath a starlit African sky.

Day 2

9 Hour Kruger National Park Guided Safari Drive

Following an early wake-up call, there will be time for tea or coffee and rusks before departing for a full day open vehicle safari drive from approximately 06:00 to 15:30. Brunch is included along your route, and your guide will also stop for you to purchase refreshments further during the day. Spend approximately 7 to 8 hours on a safari in Kruger, exploring the Orpen-Satara area for a heightened chance of encountering lions. Return to the Lodge, where you can unwind before a starlit dinner by the fire. Dinner is served under the stars (subject to availability) at the Private Lodge on the outskirts of the National Park.

Day 3

Guided Panorama Route Tour

You’ll wake up early to be ready for your unforgettable Panorama Route tour, bringing a change of scenery to your exciting 5 day safari. The Panorama tour will take you along an exhilarating and iconic route where you will witness the following unforgettable landmarks: Berlin Falls God’s Window The Pinnacle 3 Rondawels Blyde River Canyon Your day may proceed in one of two ways: an early departure for the Panorama Route Tour with a breakfast along the route and an earlier return, or having breakfast at the lodge first, departing and returning later. 9 Hour Kruger National Park Guided Safari Drive

Today marks a return to the enchanting sights and sounds of the bush. You will rise early to be ready at 05:30 (when predators like lions, leopards, cheetahs, and hyenas are most active) for a full-day safari into Kruger National Park with The Kruger Safari Co. Your Kruger Park safari will last 7 to 8 hours, so you should be back at the camp with enough time to relax before dinner by the fire. You will repeat this for the following two days, aiming to check off more creatures from your bucket list and explore new landscapes and habitats.
